About The Role

Soccer Shots East County San Diego is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to support our families, coaches, and daily operations.

This role is a mix of customer communication, problem-solving, and administrative execution in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for families and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and confident communicating with a high volume of customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound phone calls and emails from families (English & Spanish)
  • Assist with registrations, scheduling, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and run internal reports
  • Upload and manage program seasons on internal platforms
  • Support coaches and operations team with day-to-day needs
  • Maintain organization of office space and supplies

Schedule

  • Part-time: 20–28 hours per week
  • Must be available: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (8am–6pm)
  • In-person role (office-based, with some field exposure during training)

Pay & Benefits

  • $18–$22.50/hr (based on experience)
  • 401(k) with employer match after 90 days

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Availability: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (8am–5pm required)
  • Reliable car and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to complete on-field training to understand the program
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Commitment of at least 1 year
