UCT is looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join us in Cebu!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Tariffs Support to join our Trade Compliance or Tariffs team. In this cross-functional role, you will support tariff assessment by working closely with Engineering, Suppliers, Supply Chain, Buyers, and Trade Control. Your work will directly contribute to accurate tariff assessment, and efficient claim preparation, supporting the company’s global trade compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to obtain the material value assessment framework.
• Partner with Suppliers to gather product weight and material composition.
• Support the Tariffs team in validating and documenting product value across a wide range of products and commodities.
• Work with Buyers and Supply Chain teams to obtain supplier support to the process.
• Liaise with Trade Control to ensure the information required by customers brokers and regulations are captured and maintained ongoing
• Assist in preparing documentation required for compliance audits.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems and databases.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for tariff-related discrepancies or errors.
• Monitor updates to global trade regulations and assist with impact assessments on affected products or categories.
• Help drive process improvements to streamline data collection, documentation, and communication across functions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tariffs, supply chain analysis, or related fields.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and with external suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); experience with trade compliance software is a plus.
