Position Responsibilities
- A Payroll Admin Associate completes all requests / transactions efficiently and accurately to meet the Service Levels set by the management with the Business Unit.
- Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit. Process all knowledgeable work types.
- Attain mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed.
- Handles Worktypes, such as:
- Allocations
- Trustee Payments
- Should support Quality Assurance and Member Processing Team if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably with knowledge in Apollo Mainframe and AWD tools is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds
- Team Orientation -Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
- Practice good judgment in processing cases
- Above average communication skills
- Pass the Business Units English Exam
