Role Summary:

The Managed Services Billing Field Support Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate assessment of new IPSOWs as well as VBS support. The people in this role are critical to ensuring all new contracts go to CTC instead of Legacy billing platforms. This role is expected to support various partners- Sales, Delivery, and Services COE internal teams- and should be able to work effectively and with clear communication with these Xerox partners.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in compliance with policies and schedules
  • Adaptability to changing environments and positive attitude toward change

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess IPSOWs for approval or rejection based on data and billing strategy
  • Ensure all new contracts flow to CTC and prevent legacy platform usage
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to enforce billing compliance and push back on customization requests
  • Perform required actions for new contract workflow into CTC
  • Support VBS compliance processes, including additional line item approvals and centralized entitlements
  • Update and manage entitlements for XONE and XSITE contracts
  • Track and document all activities accurately.

  • Accurate and timely IPSOW assessments and approvals
  • Successful migration of new contracts to CTC platform
  • Compliance with VBS processes and entitlement management
  • Clear documentation and tracking of all contract-related activities
  • Improved billing accuracy and adherence to company strategy

Organizational Strategies & Objectives:

  • Supports operational efficiency and billing accuracy
  • Promotes compliance with Xerox billing policies and standards
  • Enhances customer satisfaction through accurate contract setup and entitlement management
  • Contributes to strategic migration from legacy platforms to CTC

Relevant Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years billing experience in corporate or financial setting (desired)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Role Considerations:

  • Willing to support North America/ US Time and Holidays
  • Flexibility of working schedules as the role will require on a per need basis
