Overview:
The Lease Administration Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, booking, and funding lease contracts while ensuring compliance with leasing business quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. This role serves as a key liaison among sales teams, dealer partners, customers, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders to support efficient contract processing, customer service, billing, and lease administration activities. The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational accuracy, customer satisfaction, and timely revenue realization.

What You Will Do:
Review lease funding packages to validate contract completeness, signatures, pricing, payment structures, equipment details, and approval requirements
Ensure all contracts comply with Leasing Business Quality Criteria (LBQC), regulatory requirements, and internal control standards before booking
Review, approve, activate, and book lease contracts within established service-level timelines
Countersign lease agreements and supporting contractual documentation as required
Process and coordinate lease funding activities to ensure timely contract settlement and activation
Complete daily contract settlements and funding-related transactions
Ensure partner billing activities are accurately processed and completed
Review, approve, and facilitate issuance of first invoices in accordance with contractual requirements
Support customer service inquiries and assist with early-stage collection activities when required
Maintain ongoing communication with dealer partners, customers, sales organizations, and internal support teams regarding contract status and issue resolution
Collaborate with Finance, OTC, Legal, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to resolve contract and billing issues
Participate in operational reporting, KPI monitoring, system testing, and process improvement initiatives
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience in lease administration, lease operations, customer service, or related financial services roles
Experience in contract administration, financial services operations, or Order-to-Cash environments is preferred
Understanding of lease contract structures, funding processes, and contract lifecycle management
Knowledge of compliance requirements, internal controls, and lease administration best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-level-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
