Job Description
As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
- Meet company target for recoveries
- Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
- Mobility Subsidy
- Performance Bonus
- HMO after 3 months of employment
- Direct hire and regular employment
- Birthday Leave
- Wellness Leave
