Overview:
The Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights, develops business intelligence dashboards and reports, improves reporting processes through automation, and ensures data accuracy and integrity. The Data Analyst collaborates closely with business leaders, customers, and technical teams to drive operational performance, support strategic initiatives, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

What You Will Do:
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions
Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases to support operational and strategic reporting
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using statistical and analytical techniques
Present findings, recommendations, and key business insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting requirements and analytics initiatives
Perform data validation, audits, and root cause analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Support reporting platforms, user access management, governance processes, and incident resolution activities
Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, process procedures, and knowledge articles
Participate in special projects, governance reviews, and cross-functional initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and service delivery
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles
Experience with SQL querying, database management, and data analysis techniques
Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to data quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience with automation tools, data integration concepts, or programming languages is an advantage
