Overview:

The Channels AR Program Lead is part of the Finance Operations team supporting Accounts Receivable operations for the Channel division. This role manages a portfolio of reseller and end-user accounts, supporting credit, collections, billing issues, refunds, tax processes, and financial reporting. The position also serves as a key partner for channel programs by ensuring accurate data, system administration, compliance, and timely resolution of account and process issues.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage assigned reseller and end-user accounts, including credit, collections, billing issues, and disputes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize financial and operational data for internal and external reporting.
  • Support accounting and invoicing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Manage tax-related activities, including certificates, short pays, credits, research, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Support U.S. tax-related processes and requirements, as applicable.
  • Own refund processes, including documentation, adjustments, approvals, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and analyze financial data using advanced Excel and spreadsheet functions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Support system administration activities, including user access, configuration, transaction approvals, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Administer Salesforce and Impartner for Channel programs.
  • Identify account discrepancies, dispute trends, system issues, and process gaps and coordinate appropriate resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and support policy and procedure development.
  • Maintain accurate AR records and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • Support ongoing data and reporting requirements for Channel sales campaigns and programs.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial or sales/marketing analyst roles preferred.
  • Strong background in accounting and invoicing.
  • U.S. tax experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, billing, and related financial processes.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AR compliance and tax-related processes.
  • Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Impartner is an advantage.
  • Strong judgment and ability to identify and resolve complex account or process issues.
