Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible on inputting and verifying client’s application to the system; information included are personal, medical, and financial. They also determine necessary requirement and issue policy.

Position Responsibilities

  • Input and verify client information in the system 90% of the time.
  • Create necessary requirements 10% of the time.
  • Ensure all information is correct before issuance to prevent compliance errors.
  • Complete all assigned cases within the specified turnaround time.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters and other departments.
  • Consistently meet service level targets and handle transactions accurately with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting.
  • Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • A bachelors degree in any field is required.
  • Amenable for rotating mid shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
