Job Summary:

  • The Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting daily HR /Admin job such as time and leave management, employee relationship, training programs, travel arrangements, organizing and keeping an office running.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Responsible for time attendance and leave management
  • Responsible to all training matters and follow to training program by global policies, includes IRDC
  • Facilitate orientation for all new hires
  • Assist on HR task like Newsletter articles and look up information board.
  • Assist company engagement events – Wellness program, thanksgiving, CSR.
  • Support other start up duties from HR/Admin function.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Arts & Social Services or equivalent

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

  • Min 2 years working experience in HR/Admin Function

  • Subject to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, and exposure to chemicals.
  • Subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable.
