UCT is looking for a talented Accounting Specialist to join us in Cebu!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry for suppliers and freight invoices
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances work file
• Resolve disputed invoices with buyers
• Prepare monthly payments and twice weekly cash-on-delivery (COD) payment
• Match and reconcile AP sub-ledger against suppliers’ Statement of Account (SOA)
• Assist in month end closing
• Gather and consolidate documents for tax and audit reporting
• Other administrative such as filing of documents, printing of invoices and opening letters.
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
  
  

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good analytical skills and meticulous
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Proficient in MS office
