Overview
The Asset Management Specialist L1 is responsible for managing key Managed Print Services (MPS) accounts by ensuring asset and billing data accuracy across relevant systems. This role plays a critical part in enabling timely and accurate delivery of consumables and services by resolving asset data issues and supporting invoice generation. The specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to meet billing timelines and customer commitments.

What You Will Do
Perform Moves, Adds, Decommission, and Change (MADC) transactions in Siebel to support accurate service and consumable delivery
Generate and analyze BOXI and Business Intelligence reports to validate billing and identify trends
Produce timely and accurate preliminary invoices for MPS accounts
Create detailed billing reports to support customer invoicing
Monitor asset meter reads and device connectivity using Siebel, WW AFUR, and analytics tools
Validate asset data including meter reads, configuration part numbers (CPN), provider contracts, and entitlement details
Load and validate device data by following asset acceptance processes and referencing SAP ship events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and geographic counterparts to resolve invoice-impacting issues
Resolve asset data issues such as missing meter reads, delayed invoices, or incorrect contract information
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions) to analyze and manage data
Perform proactive maintenance to ensure ongoing data accuracy per MPS contract requirements
Complete tickets and ad hoc tasks in a timely manner to meet service level expectations
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, reporting, or data management roles
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Working knowledge of Siebel, SAP, Business Intelligence, and analytics tools preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
