Overview

The Asset Management Specialist L1 is responsible for managing key Managed Print Services (MPS) accounts by ensuring asset and billing data accuracy across relevant systems. This role plays a critical part in enabling timely and accurate delivery of consumables and services by resolving asset data issues and supporting invoice generation. The specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to meet billing timelines and customer commitments.

• Perform Moves, Adds, Decommission, and Change (MADC) transactions in Siebel to support accurate service and consumable delivery
• Generate and analyze BOXI and Business Intelligence reports to validate billing and identify trends
• Produce timely and accurate preliminary invoices for MPS accounts
• Create detailed billing reports to support customer invoicing
• Monitor asset meter reads and device connectivity using Siebel, WW AFUR, and analytics tools
• Validate asset data including meter reads, configuration part numbers (CPN), provider contracts, and entitlement details
• Load and validate device data by following asset acceptance processes and referencing SAP ship events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and geographic counterparts to resolve invoice-impacting issues
• Resolve asset data issues such as missing meter reads, delayed invoices, or incorrect contract information
• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions) to analyze and manage data
• Perform proactive maintenance to ensure ongoing data accuracy per MPS contract requirements
• Complete tickets and ad hoc tasks in a timely manner to meet service level expectations
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, reporting, or data management roles
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Working knowledge of Siebel, SAP, Business Intelligence, and analytics tools preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
