Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. LAUNDRY WASHER/SORTER

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Laundry Washer/Sorter who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You’ll Do

A Laundry Washer/Sorter supports daily laundry operations by efficiently sorting, washing, and drying a variety of linens in accordance with cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. This role ensures proper machine operation, accurate load handling, and consistent output to maintain a smooth, reliable flow of clean linens for the operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sort soiled linens into appropriate wash categories, identify stained or damaged items, and accurately load and unload washers and dryers while ensuring proper load weights.
• Select correct wash cycles and chemical formulas for each linen type, transfer washed items to dryers, and monitor load size and drying times based on fabric and weight.
• Deliver clean, dried linens to designated areas for folding or further processing.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment by performing routine cleaning, including clearing lint traps, following proper start‑up and shut‑down procedures, and reporting equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area, ensuring all necessary chemicals and supplies are readily available.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 100lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
