HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As an In-Home Non-Medical Caregiver, youll help seniors maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting.

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.

• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.

• Supporting safe mobility, walking, and daily activities.

• Providing medication reminders.

• Encouraging clients to maintain their routines and independence.

• Observing and communicating changes in clients needs to the CareWorks team.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (Non-professional experience are welcome!)

• Ability to complete required background screening, including Live Scan and Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
