Job Description
- Reviews and approves Procurement Change Notices (PCNs) to ensure accurate and updated material master data.
- Handles manual Purchase Order processes by reviewing, negotiating, and signing canvass sheets and Purchase Orders.
- Approves Purchase Requisitions and payment requests to support timely procurement of materials.
- Signs and approves APGR memos to streamline and finalize payment closure activities.
- Provides regular reports to Management on Maintenance, Repair, and Ordering activities.
- Sources, accredits, and evaluates suppliers to ensure reliability, credibility, and alignment with company requirements.
- Develops strategies to improve supplier performance, competitiveness, and overall cost‑efficiency.
- Monitors and enhances payment terms and Incoterms to optimize company funds and achieve savings.
A Successful Site MRO Manager Should Have
- At least five years of experience in Materials and Supply Chain Management, part of which should be in a supervisory or specialist capacity.
- Strong background in materials and supply chain management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in another language is an advantage.
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
- Competitive salary package ranging from PHP 80000 to PHP 138000 per month.
- Guaranteed 14th month
- Cost of Living Allowance (COLA): PHP 2,500.
- Transportation allowance: PHP 4,600.
- Car Subsidy
- Gas allowance: 100-160 liters.
- Comprehensive health plan with coverage up to PHP 250,000 for inpatient and PHP 50,000 for outpatient services.
