Job Description

  • Define and execute account strategies, including annual revenue plans and growth targets, aligned with the companys commercial objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Lead account planning activities to ensure successful commercialization, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and executives.
  • Drive solution-oriented selling initiatives, addressing customer needs with differentiated value propositions.
  • Own pricing strategies and contract negotiations to protect margin while ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, technical, supply chain, marketing, finance) to deliver customer commitments effectively.
  • Ensure timely implementation of commercial policies, agreements, and account-specific action plans.
  • Manage forecast accuracy, pipeline development, and regular performance reviews.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing risks and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Handle escalations and support issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and account stability.


The Successful Applicant

A Successful Key Account Manager Should Have

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong background in value-based or solution-driven selling and strategic account management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Solid commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and business planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
