Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients effectively.
Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services.

The Successful Applicant

Graduate of Civil Engineer (preferably Licensed)
At least 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector
People management experience
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
