Responsibilities

The purpose of the FC Lead role is to support the implementation of the DHL Operations Management System First Choice (OMS FC) on site and coach the Site Leadership Team (from First Line Leaders to the Site Leader level) with a focus on sustainability and supporting the Continuous Improvement culture.

• Minimum 5 Years in Logistics and Supply chain Industry
• Experiences in Engineering and Manufacturing is an advantage
• Exposure to Project Management and Change Management is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree with competence in Industrial or Managerial subject
• Project Management certification (PMI/PMP) is an advantage
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
