Job Description

Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage cash flow and financial planning to support operational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional growth and performance.
Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in financial documentation and processes.

The Successful Applicant

Finance Controller Non‑Negotiables / Required

Strong finance and tax background, with experience in manufacturing, distribution, and service organizations.
Deep expertise in costing, product standards, inventory controls, audit readiness, and reporting.
Proven track record leading ERP implementations and managing IT systems strategy.
Strong process improvement and workflow modernization experience.
Ability to lead and mentor a multi‑generation finance team of 10+.
Skilled in partnering with operations, commercial teams, and global stakeholders.
High maturity level, capable of driving structural and cultural transformation.

Good‑to‑Have

Experience working within multinational or matrix organizations.
Familiarity with Infor, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise systems.
Exposure to AI enablement, automation, Power BI, and IT governance best practices.
Experience in organizations undergoing restructuring or high‑growth scaling.
