Job Description

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance based on service schedules and client requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues on-site.
  • Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and recommendations after each job assignment.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, tools, and job-related requirements.
  • Assist in system testing, commissioning, and equipment performance evaluations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.


The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical course.
  • Technician course graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, servicing, or field operations.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and HVAC system components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
  • Experience in servicing commercial or industrial HVAC systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on field assignments.
  • Willing to be based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and preferably residing nearby for operational efficiency.
