Job Description
Be a part of the Endpoint Compliance Team within a global organization, ensuring the enforcement of MCHP Information Security policies across infrastructure and client endpoints.
Develop, maintain, and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports to management, providing insights into security posture and operational effectiveness.
Establish and manage effective communication channels for disseminating security vulnerability information to relevant support groups and end users, using various communication tools and platforms.
Ensure coordinated collaboration across support teams for all assigned security initiatives and projects.
Drive and execute endpoint vulnerability remediation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of identified security risks.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
2.5 to 5 years of technical experience or strong demonstrated technical aptitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with familiarity in productivity and security platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI, and basic scripting tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and willing to undergo further training as needed.
