Job Description
- Lead commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales force effectiveness and execution quality.
- Develop and deliver capability-building programs for sales teams and frontline leaders.
- Drive route-to-market optimization, distributor effectiveness, and field execution standards.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend initiatives to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
- Standardize sales processes, tools, and best practices across channels and territories.
- Support business growth through continuous improvement, coaching, and organizational capability development.
A Successful Commercial Excellence Lead Should Have
- A track record of successfully mentoring and coaching teams.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Capability, Sales Training, or Route-to-Market roles within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of sales force effectiveness, distributor management, and field execution.
- Experience developing and implementing sales training and capability-building programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with sales leadership.
