Summary

The Accounting Officer is responsible for handling accounting and financial transactions related to vehicle sales, parts, and after-sales services. The role ensures accurate recording of sales, collections, expenses, and compliance with company policies while supporting dealership operations and management reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance
At least 13 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry
Knowledge of vehicle sales accounting, inventory costing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation
Familiar with financing transactions, LTO-related documentation, and dealer accounting processes
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
