Job Description
Translate Intercompany demand into a workable production build plan, both for sub-assemblies and Catalog Part Number (CPN), based on customer requirement, material availability, targets and production capacity.
Generates Work Order in Axapta 2012 (ERP) for both sub-assemblies and CPN’s based on the build plan and issue them to Stores/Production for material kitting/preparation.
Ensures all critical notations, as needed, are clearly stated on the work orders.
Collaborate with Material Planner on material supply status based on build plan and backlog and review on a weekly basis to ensure continuous material supply.
Review build plan/backlog requirement using MRP results as primary planning tool and enhance the results and data through Microsoft Excel to ensure continuous supply of WIP for both sub-assemblies and CPN’s.
Schedule Sales orders in Axapta 2012 (ERP) for expected shipment to intercompany customer based on assembly cycle time, and/or production commitment.
Collaborates with Engg/Production for any issues that may prevent the smooth assembly of parts and may impact commit delivery date to intercompany customer.
Closely monitor production/engg lots based on completion commitment date to prevent ageing lots and ensure commit delivery is met.
Work closely with QA and Stores for the timely release of raw materials to ensure production requirements are supported on a timely manner and prevent hold up.
Sends weekly updates to intercompany customer (Business Unit) on weekly performance on starts, outs and shipment, and any issues/problems encountered that may prevent shipping on time.
Creates pick list for the shipment of CPN parts to the customer/Business Unit and closely coordinates with Logistics team/Shipping personnel for the timely shipment of parts.
Provides relevant information to the Business Unit (BU) Planner for any issues/problems that may delay completion of parts.
Inform immediate Supervisor of any issues that may result to missing commitment on shipment of parts to intercompany customer and/or for any help needed.
Regularly participate and contribute in the daily/weekly and monthly meeting related to the assigned product line.
Support monthly and quarterly targets (KRA) set by the Department Head and the Business Unit (BU).
Ensure that the quality of work and output is always maintained.
Always follow defined procedures and processes.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements/Qualifications
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering with 2-3yrs experience as production control, preferably from semiconductor company
Other Engineering course with production planning and control experience are welcome to apply.
Preferably with working experience in Semiconductor industry
Must be a residence in Laguna or willing to relocate in Laguna
Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
Honest, trustworthy, driven, analytical, results-oriented and fast learner
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Knowledgeable in the use of ERP/MRP preferably Microsoft Dynamics Axapta
Knowledgeable in the use of Tableau is an advantage
