Regional Market Implementation Specialist - North And Central Luzon

What you will do:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential market segments for growth.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement comprehensive market entry strategies tailored to the Philippine market.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry partners, to facilitate market penetration.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market development initiatives, making recommendations for improvements based on insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align strategies and drive cohesive execution.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to local teams regarding new products, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on market developments, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for management review.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in market development, business development, or related roles, preferably within the Philippines, preferably someone who has built a local network within the region.
• Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and proficiency in market analysis tools.
• Fluent in English and Filipino, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be residing or willing to relocate in La Union or Baguio.
• Will handle the whole North & Central Luzon Regions.
