Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften eines definierten Personalbereiches in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Recruiting in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen von der Schaltung der Stellenanzeige bis zur Bewerberauswahl sowie Führen von Vorstellungs- und Vertragsgesprächen
Aktive Steuerung von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
Begleitung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
Durchführung von HR-Projekten, Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Personalprozesse
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer HR-Tools und digitaler Prozesse
Umsetzung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen
