🚀 We’re Hiring: Engineer / Senior Engineer

At GPV Lanka (Private) Ltd., we’re looking for a driven and experienced Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our production team and play a key role in delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions.

🔧 Your Role

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities while ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently met.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production aligns with company standards, engineering principles, and customer requirements
• Meet production targets and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and team performance
• Manage KPIs and improve processes through root cause analysis
• Oversee WIP inventory accuracy and operational flow
• Lead and develop your team while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
• Handle equipment validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance
• Manage ECN & NPI processes to meet customer expectations

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• BSc / Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or Production Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
