Our team
You’ll be reporting directly to our HR Business Partner, while also supporting the Chief People Officer and Recruitment Partner—think of yourself as a key hub in our people network. Alongside HR, you’ll collaborate with L&D and HSQE, helping to keep every part of the operation running smoothly.

The Role

What youll be delivering

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll help keep the employee journey running like a well-oiled supply chain:

• Providing efficient, accurate HR admin support across the entire employee lifecycle—no delays, no detours
• Drafting clear and effective communication, ensuring every message is delivered first class
• Keeping employee records up to date in our HRIS and pulling key data to keep our HR metrics on schedule
• Managing payroll updates and submissions for both UK and US teams (bi-weekly & monthly)—precision is key
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries—triaging requests and escalating when needed
• Supporting recruitment from advert to offer—helping us deliver a seamless, end-to-end candidate journey
  

What you’ll bring on board

Essential:

• A proactive, can-do attitude with HR admin experience in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
• A sharp eye for detail and a natural problem-solver mindset
• A passion for delivering excellent service and spotting smarter, more efficient ways of working
• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and always on point
  

Desirable:

• Previous experience as a Coordinator or Junior HR Advisor
• CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards
