About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a comparable role, or 10 years of experience in lieu of education requirements
- Strong financial skills with excellent analytical abilities to assess, interpret, and organize data
- Highly detail-oriented and efficient with meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated, especially in identifying financial discrepancies and providing solutions
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying complex financial information
- Experience in business accounting and project administration functions
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level for financial analysis and reporting
- Experience with VantagePoint and Microsoft Project for financial tracking and planning is a plus

About The Role
As an
Assistant Project Manager, you will:
- Facilitate the monthly billing process and serve as a liaison between Accounting, Market Analyst, and Project Managers
- Analyze, communicate, and provide project reporting to the Project Manager and project team, including budgets, spent and planned labor, and expenses
- Assist with resource planning and project revenue projections
- Coordinate with consultants, including setup, contracts, insurance compliance, and expense tracking
- Manage project system setup, maintenance, and closeout
- Administer contracts and ensure project insurance remains current and compliant with contract guidelines
- Compile and calculate data for fee proposal development
