AIRPORT GREETER

At Four Seasons, we believe in recognizing a familiar face, welcoming a new one, and treating everyone we meet the way we would want to be treated ourselves. As an Airport Greeter, you will play a key role in creating a memorable first impression by welcoming guests to Hawaiʻi and seamlessly connecting them to their Four Seasons experience. This highly visible, guest‑facing role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy engaging with people, and take pride in delivering warm, polished service.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet arriving guests at the airport with warmth, professionalism, and genuine Aloha
  • Monitor and verify guest flight arrivals to ensure accurate and timely welcomes
  • Assist guests upon arrival by walking with them through airport terminals and explaining next steps
  • Coordinate ground transportation, including confirming pre‑arranged transfers or arranging taxis as needed
  • Traverse airport areas regularly, including arrival halls, baggage claim, and curbside pickup zones
  • Communicate guest arrival information to the resort and collaborate with transportation partners
  • Maintain Four Seasons service standards and comply with Category One and Category Two Work Rules (EmPact)
  • Work collaboratively with Guest Services leadership, airport personnel, and hotel teams to ensure smooth arrivals

What To Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred; luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle luggage weighing 50 lbs. or more
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and traverse long distances
  • Clear, polished verbal communication skills and a professional vocabulary
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Warm, confident demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Valid Driver’s License and current Traffic Abstract
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts
