Gibela stands as Africa’s largest train manufacturing and passenger trains maintenance company, holding steadfast to its commitment to spearheading the revival of the South African railway sector. We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for a 24 months Graduate Programme under Services. The position will report Acting Head of Human Resources and is based at Midrand.

Job Purpose

The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high‑quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela’s requirements and standards.

Minimum Requirements

• ND/ Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
• No previous work experience
• South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
• Excellent communicate skills in English
• MS Office literate

• Incumbent will be required to travel coastal and inland Depots.
