Job Description

Lead and manage the HC Transformation roadmap
Design and develop the future HR operating model (HRBP, CoE, Shared Services)
Initiate and drive HR digitalization initiatives (HRIS, ATS, LMS, People Analytics)
Manage transformation of core HR processes (talent management, performance management, workforce planning)
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and top management
Ensure effective change management and adoption across the organization
Monitor KPIs and measure the business impact of HR transformation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR Transformation initiatives
Proven experience leading change or digital HR projects is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of HR strategy, HR operating models, and governance
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
