We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to provide personalized styling advice and enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and styles based on their preferences and needs
• Provide personalized styling advice and build strong customer relationships
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, styles, and seasonal collections
• Ensure excellent customer service and a premium in-store experience
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic inventory coordination
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
  
  

• Graduate or relevant qualification in Fashion / Retail (preferred)
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and trends
• Prior experience in retail, apparel, or luxury brands is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset
• Well-groomed and presentable personality
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
