What is Specialist Product- SME?
As a Specialist Product- SME Segment, you will play a key role in shaping the merchant value proposition for JazzCash, with a strong focus on digital merchant onboarding, ecosystem growth, and scalable acquisition channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify merchant needs, design end-to-end solutions, and drive product innovation, while also leading initiatives such as student-led onboarding programs and digital-first merchant acquisition journeys.
The role reports directly to the Product Manager - Merchant Ecosystem, JazzCash.
What does Specialist Product- SME do?
· Map the journey of all category merchants and identify areas for value addition which includes devising solutions for them based on their needs
· Map end-to-end journeys for different merchant segments and identify opportunities for value creation
· Develop and execute a merchant-focused product roadmap aligned with business goals
· Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with design teams for optimal UI/UX
· Work on self-onboarding solutions, including app, web, and assisted channels
· Conceptualize and scale a Student Brand Ambassador Program as an alternate merchant acquisition channel
· Track performance metrics (merchant acquisition, activation, retention)Perform thorough UAT on every product prior to launch
· Perform market research and international benchmarking of all products
· Liaison with different stakeholders within team and external departments to ensure smooth execution of projects

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Product- SME?
· Masters/ Bachelors degree in Management/ Business
· 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development role
· Knowledge of Fintech industry
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
