Our client is a premier multifamily developer and general contractor founded with an entrepreneurial spirit that focuses on quality. They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Senior Project Manager to help support their growth in the local area. Their project work consists of luxury multifamily, mixed-use, and high-end apartments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team as a leader and have an autonomous working culture.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, the main duties and responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager will include the following:

Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning.
Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work.
Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities.
Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents.
Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work.
Mentor and guide all members of the project team.

The Successful Applicant

In return for a competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following:

Degree in Construction Management or similar degree.
10-12+ years of Project Management experience.
Previous Multi-Family experience is a must
Experience running projects at $20M+ range.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in technology & common pm softwares including PlanGrid, Timerberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack and Excel.
Willing to be a team lead & mentor to junior team members
