About The Job

Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate (Trademark / Intellectual Property Rights) for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad.

Eligibility

Qualified to practice law in India
2–3 years PQE in trademark prosecution
Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural trademark laws
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines
Long-term commitment preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
Attend show cause hearings
Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
Manage client portfolios and client communication

Location

Ahmedabad
