Visual Merchandising Manager - Iloilo

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and elevate our brand’s visual presence across all spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in designing immersive, impactful, and cohesive visual experiences that attract, engage, and inspire. You will oversee the planning, development, and execution of visual concepts, ensuring brand consistency while maximizing audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual strategies that enhance the overall environment and align with brand objectives.
• Lead concept creation for thematic displays, digital visuals, signage, and promotional installations.
• Oversee production, installation, and quality control of all visual projects.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors to deliver seamless visual experiences.
• Monitor effectiveness of visual initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor initiatives to keep visuals fresh and impactful.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual display, merchandising, or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with excellent design sensibilities.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and spatial planning tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
