Visual Merchandising Display Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Role Overview

The Visual Display Manager is responsible for developing and executing compelling visual merchandising strategies that enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales across mall or retail spaces. This role ensures brand consistency, aesthetic appeal, and effective product presentation through creative displays and layouts. The position collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and tenant partners to elevate visual standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
• With 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry, including 2 years of people management or leadership role.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Experience in space planning, window displays, and in-store merchandising execution
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  
  

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of window displays, common area exhibits, and in-store visuals
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions, events, and thematic activations
• Conduct regular store and mall walkthroughs to ensure visual standards and consistency are maintained
• Lead, mentor, and manage the visual merchandising team, ensuring effective execution and professional development
• Partner with tenants/retailers to guide and elevate their visual merchandising execution
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination for display setups and installations
• Analyze sales and customer engagement data to assess effectiveness of visual displays and recommend improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design concepts to continuously innovate visual presentations
