Role Overview

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging multimedia assets across digital platforms. This includes static design, motion graphics, basic video editing, and interactive content to support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and performance-driven objectives .

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creatively curious, and comfortable working across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Creation

• Produce high-quality static and motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads.
• Create visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives .
• Support video editing, motion graphics, and simple animations when required .
  
  

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Creative Team Lead and other team members to execute creative concepts.
• Interpret creative briefs accurately and ask the right questions to ensure clarity.
• Revise and optimize assets based on feedback and performance insights.
  
  

Platform & Trend Awareness

• Adapt designs for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, eCommerce, etc.).
• Stay updated on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging formats.
• Ensure outputs are optimized for performance, usability, and engagement.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static design, motion graphics, and digital content.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and digital publishing requirements.
