SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE ILOILO CITY

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for reviewing and processing loan releases and other booking and post‑booking transactions for Auto Loans.

Responsibilities

• Ensures completeness and checks the accuracy of Auto Loan documents prior to loan release.
• Prepares instruction sheets and encodes required details into the system for loan release and disbursement.
• Requests the affixation of electronic documentary stamps on Promissory Notes for Direct accounts and prepares various monitoring reports.
• Monitors the regularization of documentary deficiencies.
• Provides feedback to Sales and Dealer partners regarding account and loan release status
• Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Preferably with experience in loan processing or documentation.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
