Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for handling the in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services, with a focus on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. Additionally, the role involves managing an account portfolio to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of CASA and other bank products and services.
Manage and grow CASA accounts to achieve sales and deposit targets.
Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with branch and product teams to support business goals.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and achievements.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business-related course.
With at least three (3) years of work-related experience in banking or financial services.
Must have knowledge of bank products and services, particularly CASA and deposit products.
Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Iloilo City
