Job Description

The Sales Officer is primarily responsible for driving the adoption of BPI’s corporate digital banking platforms among corporate and business banking clients, and supporting business growth through cross-selling cash management solutions (collections, disbursements, and liquidity).

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure all corporate and business banking clients are enrolled in BPI’s corporate digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Branch Partners to identify market opportunities and implement sales initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and execute sales and marketing activities to increase market presence and product uptake.
  • Balance profitability and business targets by offering appropriate pricing and product packages aligned with client and bank objectives.
  • Conduct client calls and relevant sales activities to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering suitable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of various industries in the Philippines and their cash flow structures.
  • Knowledge of bank cash management products and services.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual platforms (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams).
