Job Description

The Operations Associate is primarily responsible for reviewing loan documentation for accounts referred to BC LSR, ensuring they are complete and ready for booking within the prescribed turn‑around time (TAT). The role also includes custodianship of collateral and promissory note (PN) documents, as well as performing related activities such as scanning, DST affixation, and preparation of Security In and Security Out Receipts (SIR/SOR).

Key Responsibilities

  • Receives documents submitted by Marketing and verifies them against the transmittal slip.
  • Reviews loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy for booking.
  • Releases loan proceeds to borrowers.
  • Verifies correctness and adequacy of information on all loan documents.
  • Coordinates with Marketing regarding documentation deficiencies or impediments and monitors regularization of outstanding requirements.
  • Encodes required data into relevant templates and systems.
  • Prepares and updates Documentary Deficiency Reports.
  • Scans, files, and organizes collateral and other pertinent documents; prepares Security In and Security Out Receipts (SIR/SOR); updates the Collateral Monitoring System; and supports physical inventory and reconciliation against SL/GL records.
  • Submits Monthly Performance Reports (MPRs), including Loan TAT Monitoring, Summary of Cleared Transactions, DST affixations, Transaction Count, and other required updates.
