Primary Objective Of The Position

The Hotel Associate is tasked to ensure that the guests are accorded the highest level of guest care throughout their stay as the Hotel’s representative.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Check the arrival and departure report upon reporting for work.
• Greet and welcome the guest in accordance with the Hotel’s Service Standards.
• Fill-in the guest registration card with the necessary information.
• Ensure to gather all the pertinent documentation about the guest’s person.
• Understand and strictly adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote the services of the Hotel.
• Coordinate the room status with the Housekeeping Department.
• Process guest’s check-ins and checkouts.
  
  

• University degree holder (Hospitality/Tourism/Business)
• 1 to 2 years of solid Hotel experience
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Excellent communication skills
