Lead financial strategy, planning, and overall finance operations
Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and healthcare regulations
Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and team capability

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Extensive finance leadership experience
Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and treasury
Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership and team management capability

Good-to-haves / Preferred

Experience in healthcare or hospital finance
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Track record in driving operational efficiencies and growth
Experience in revenue cycle management and financial controls
