About The Role
As an E-Commerce Marketing Intern, you will be part of a fast-paced regional team that manages digital marketing and sales performance across Southeast Asia’s top online marketplaces. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full e-commerce marketing process from campaign planning and setup to performance tracking and optimization. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics, and who want to build practical skills that prepare them for a future in performance marketing, marketplace operations, or digital strategy.
What will you do?
Marketplace Campaign Support
Assist in setting up and executing campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including vouchers, product tagging, and ad scheduling.
Support campaign calendar management for events such as Mega Sale, 11.11, and Brand Days, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Compile and organize campaign performance data such as traffic, conversions, spend, and ROAS from multiple platforms.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports to support client and internal performance reviews.
Conduct basic analysis of key trends to identify top-performing products, keywords, or ad formats.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with commercial, content, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned in both visuals and strategy.
Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions on campaign planning and optimization ideas.
Learning and Development
Gain exposure to ad management tools such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery, and TikTok Shop Ads Manager.
Learn how paid media such as Meta Ads and Google Ads integrates with e-commerce growth.
Complete internal training modules on marketplace fundamentals, analytics, and campaign management.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and e-commerce.
Basic understanding of online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data organization and reporting.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Available for a minimum three to six months full-time internship, with potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance.
