You are responsible for building and strengthening accounts, growing existing business, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with the strategic direction and revenue targets of 2GO Forwarding.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieves the assigned sales target for the year.
  • Prepares and submits weekly itineraries and sales highlights on time.
  • Promotes and sells additional company products and services to clients.
  • Ensures the profitability of assigned accounts.
  • Submits Credit Application Forms (CAF) and supporting documents for account setup on time and coordinates with the Billing Department.
  • Prepares and submits rate proposals.
  • Reviews and analyzes the gross profit performance of assigned accounts.
  • Monitors and assists in resolving claims raised by clients.
  • Monitors contracts and client agreements.
  • Assists in the collection of receivables from clients.
  • Monitors the credit standing and revenue production of each client.
  • Handles and resolves client complaints and concerns.
  • Regularly updates clients on changes in service areas, policies, procedures, and service offerings.
  • Participates in business reviews to strengthen operational processes between clients and 2GO Express.
  • Prepares and reviews initial contracts, claims agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and collaborates with Operations and Finance prior to securing approval.
  • Implements sales strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Conducts regular reviews with internal business units regarding operational, documentation, and backroom concerns to improve service delivery to clients.
  • Monitors compliance with agreed processes and procedures.
  • Inputs sales leads into Salesforce and updates lead status accordingly.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related course

Professional Experience

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of work experience in Sales and Marketing or in a similar capacity.
