Role Overview

The Creative Team Lead is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and managing a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver high-quality, on-brand, and performance-driven creative outputs. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring creative excellence while meeting business, marketing, and client objectives.

The ideal candidate is both a strong creative thinker and a hands-on leader , capable of managing people, projects, and creative standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, multimedia artists, and creatives across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team performance.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Oversee creative timelines, workload distribution, and prioritization across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and account teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.

Strategic & Conceptual Development

  • Contribute to campaign ideation, creative concepts, and storytelling approaches.
  • Ensure creative solutions are insight-driven, platform-native, and performance-oriented.
  • Review and approve creative outputs before final delivery.

People Management

  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented creative culture.
  • Identify skill gaps and training opportunities within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-5 years of creative industry experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design excellence, and campaign work.
  • Experience leading creative teams in an agency, brand, or digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, eCommerce, and content platforms.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business and performance goals.
  • Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
