Job Purpose

This role requires an individual with a dream of creating the NEXT big thing in the digital advertising industry.

We are looking for an Art Director who’s known for turning out amazing concepts. The Art Director is responsible for creating authentic connections between the brand and consumers by developing the visual language and art style of our ideas and marketing campaigns.

To be successful as an Art Director you should be able to develop creative ideas and visual communication based on insights and data. Create relevant, spirited, and innovative advertising campaigns while ensuring that the client objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Support the ACD/CD in developing concepts and client presentations.
• Understand the creative briefs and campaign strategies.
• Participate and throw in awesome ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Create the visual tone and manner of the campaigns.
• Create content for digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Lead or work with Designers to bring campaigns into life.
• Ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistent across channels.
• Present the design concepts internally and externally to clients for approval.
• Work with ACD/CD in overseeing creative materials in production phase.
• Be ahead with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members.
  
  

• 4+ years of creative agency experience.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and creative principles and development.
• A good eye for designing and understand digital creative, visual storytelling, typography, storyboarding & illustration techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative mind.
• A good digital background especially in social media & digital marketing.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and creative principles and development.
• Advanced knowledge in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro,etc)
