The primary role of the Area Manager is to drive collections under his/her assigned area and works with Field Supervisors to align all key areas of performance in relation to target/goals set by the Department.
What You’ll Do
Drives collections for specific clusters/areas and works with several teams to align all key areas of performance in relation to target goals by the Department.
Conduct visits to check Field Collectors and Field Collection Supervisors work – own motorbike preferred.
Visits local offices under his/her assigned regions to ensure alignment of processes and team goals. Conducts team meeting with the Field Supervisor and Field Officer to provide update on team performance, goals, recognize and inspire the team.
Provides regular feedback and coaching to assigned Field Supervisor on performance.
Conducts monthly performance review and goal setting with the supervisors to plan and strategies the action plan needed
Ensure that the communication, process, policy, updates, compliance task are being clearly disseminated and implemented to the team.
Create and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed.
Monitor and analyze collection trend, reports and targets and act as warranted toward the set goals and target.
Execute game plans and calibrations on assigned areas set by the Collections Management
Communicate and cooperate with external agencies.
Propose and actively participate changes in field collection processes to optimize it.
Monitor employees work whether they are complying with company and department Code of Conduct.
Analyze KPI of assigned groups to determine needed intervention that would ensure attainment of monthly targets in regions; recovery rates, visit rates, quality scores and KPI goals and priority indicators.
Maintains historical data per KPI and conducts post evaluations of programs and action plans.
Define and set objectives and KPI targets for assumed collections teams.
Ensures proper executions of company initiatives or programs in the assigned areas are accomplished and monitored.
Work closely with collections management in proper execution of related tasks.
Collaborates with other Department within the HC group in the pursuance of company short term and long-term goals.
Work with the HR Talent Acquisition and Supervisor on recruitment, selection of applicants and helps on promoting employee referral.
Work with Collection Regional Manager for engagement activity, programs, process improvement
What You Need To Have
Owns a motorcycle with ORCR | Deed of Sale
Must know how to drive motorcycle with driver's license
At least 3 years’ experience in field collection, familiar with assigned region. Preferably a residence in the said area
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Area Manager or Senior Supervisor
Advanced knowledge of MS office
